Jason Arriaga, CIC, CPRM
Director of Agency Operations
After 12 years in varying roles in the insurance industry, Jason co-founded Arriaga Insurance Advisors in 2014 with his wife and business partner, Heather Arriaga. He holds the professional designations of Certified Insurance Counselor and Certified Personal Risk Manager.
He also manages Influential Lifestyle Insurance, an insurance agency specializing in serving high net worth families, and is an instructor for the CPRM designation program at The National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research.
Jason has a passion for entrepreneurship, learning, teaching, travel, music production, and playing the guitar. He loves spending time with Heather and their daughter, Isla.
Heather Arriaga, CISR
Director of Client Stewardship
Heather Arriaga grew up in Minnesota and graduated from Minnesota State University Mankato with a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre. After moving to Arizona to assist her grandfather, she managed a chiropractic office for several years, connecting with patients and helping to make their journey to wellness smooth and comfortable.
In 2014, Heather co-founded Arriaga Insurance Advisors, bringing along her organizational knowledge and genuine care for people. She considers it a great blessing to grow a company with Jason that reflects the character and joy of their family. She holds the professional designation of Certified Insurance Service Representative.
Heather also enjoys reading, baking gluten-free treats for her family, and spending time with loved ones.
Lydia Dresbach, CISR
Client Advocate
Lydia grew up in California, graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Ministry from Northwest Nazarene University while living in Massachusetts, spent time in Ohio, and now calls Goodyear, Arizona home.
Having lived in so many different places and met countless people, Lydia loves to discover the unique story of everyone she meets. Her passion to know and serve people is what makes her an outstanding Client Advocate. She holds the professional designation of Certified Insurance Service Representative.
Lydia enjoys hiking, traveling, doing DIY projects, and organizing fun events for the youth group at her church.
Jack Hutsey
Executive Assistant
After graduating from the University of Kansas, Jack pursued national service with AmeriCorps, tutoring and teaching underserved students with City Year in Denver, Colorado and Teach For America in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Jack continues working with students with learning differences as an Academic Manager in Los Angeles, California.
As an executive assistant, Jack assists Jason and Heather in all aspects of Arriaga Insurance Advisors and Influential Lifestyle Insurance. Empowering others to shine in their field is an important value for Jack.
Jack enjoys reading, writing, cooking, hiking, and traveling with his wife, Sarah.
